Definitely worth the money.
My wife had been wanting a hot tub for some time, but we don't have the power available that's required to operate a full blown hot tub. Then my wife find an add for one of these small portable spas, so I did the homework, read reviews, and decided to give this one a try. Setting it up was fairly easy, once I figured out the little details that the poorly written manual didn't describe clearly. The pump that makes the spa bubbles also is used to inflate the Spa, and only took about 5 minutes. After hooking it all up, I filled it with water to the Max line (Note, only fill it to the Min line as the level will rise after you get into the Spa). The water temp started at 50F, and it took about 7 hours to finally get to 90F. After that first night, if you keep it covered (cover is included), it doesn't drop more than 10 or 15 degrees overnight (Power Off), so it won't take as long to reheat it the next day. If you leave the heater on, it will stay at whatever temp you set it at, but that's a personal call. It's more sturdily built than I thought it would be, which is good. One of the main reasons I bought this one is the pump and Heater are in an external housing, so when it may require maintenance or repair in the future, it will be easier to work on than the spas where they are built into the side of the spa.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

spa will hold 2 adults if you run the jets. If you add 1 small child the water will flow over the sides.

This is a great product!! Just my wife and I and it’s perfect. Only complaint would be there are not adjustment for the jets. They are on or off but they are fine. Very relaxing. Temp gets to 104 and stays there if desired. It’s summer and we find 102 at night very comfortable. Great value for the money!! Recommend. Easy to set up and maintain.
Arrived in 2 days which was amazing. Easy set up, able to use after 24 hours and heat at 90 degrees, water at comfortable temp, secure lid with easy to tighten clips. If temp set to 102 and in 70's outside, spa temp remains about 99 degrees with bubbles running which is very comfortable. Only downside was it was not clear in video or manual that when you fill tub with air connector hoses, it will "leak" at same time to prevent pressure back up. Great product. I have used it every day but 2 since Memorial Day. The bubbles are 1000 times greater than expected. 4 person is really for 2 people comfortably.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

For one person, the cover is less friendly to set up than previous models. (Two-part, rather than one-part). The heating/power unit is different than pictured, but the controls are "close" to the older and reliable unit. The instructions get a grade of F-.
If it were not for YouTube, I'd be sunk. The "instructions" for setting up this spa are merely a dozen or so drawings without written instructions.
