The Thing and it’s prequel are classics! The special effects are still amazing, even to this day. The prequel is a must to watch prior to the original The Thing. It explains the story and how it all came to be with the original. Own this set today and enjoy it for years. This box that is actually kind of hard to come by. It has the original 80s movie as well as the new one and if you watch the new one first and then the one from the 80s, it's a seamless transition due to the way they film the movie so it's like watching a really long movie!
