Genuine, but not for everyone
Genuine Cisco passive SFP+ twinax cable, perfect condition, but seems not suitable for Mellanox ConnectX-2 cards. Either is cable too long for passive connection, or signal generated by ConnectX-2 is too weak. Can't try with other cards, i only have Mellanox parts at hand.
