great replacement
My only complaint is that they don't seem to have a double lock version. By using parts from another lock I was able to construct double lock version (inside and out). I bought this piece to replace a similar mortised lockset that came with the storm door but failed. Upon inspection, I found that part of the latch bolt, which broke, was made of cast pot metal. It looks like the assembly I received has a similar part. I'm not optimistic about its durability considering that the original failed after only a few years.
