Seems to be working
My doctor said I needed more Magnesium and recommended a supplement. I've been taking this brand since 2007 and he's never mentioned me needing more (or less) Magnesium since. That's not proof, because I could have just improved my diet as well, hence the 4 vs. 5 stars.
