It works much better then my previous one I had. My only flaw was more of a personal matter with it. I wish they would have wiped the phone. Although it was someone grandma who lived in Ohio-i didnt need to know this or all her contacts or photos of her life. Luckily the passcode for them was 1234. A guess that was right.
