Well, I was a bit surprised, not sure if this has happened to anyone else (It never happened to me with this or ANY product). The price and speed of delivery was great, but the way. Well, when I opened it, I was surprised that 75% of the contains were stuck together, I had to use a knife to get the capsules apart. Great Product! Shoulder pain gone!
I've had severe shoulder bursitis for a couple of years which was onset by the use of statin drugs. I stopped using the statins long ago but the shoulder pain remained. It is a matter of faith
I give 4 stars because in case of vitamins or supplements as COQ10 you need time to see results. You buy a brand "by faith" guessing this is a good company, that they manufacture the product right, and the product is effective. I bought it because I read by a customer review that this COQ10 was the only brand that was approved by USP and as it is written in the bottle of the product "Quality Purity Potency" Verified by USP.
