Fresh, delicious corn kernels!
At harvest, corn is twelve to twenty cents an ear. We buy up dozens and use this fine tool to "harvest" the kernels to freeze in sealed bags. Have one from 25 years ago, and desired several as gifts, and spares in my kitchen.
