Tastes Disgusting, but Gets the Job Done!
I'm 24 with PCOS. I've read countless articles and blogs that said Maca powder is the way to go if you're trying to restore hormone balance naturally. And it has. It's normal for me to go 6 months to a year with no period, but since taking Maca powder I've had a period consistently for the past three months. So it really does work well for me. The only drawback is that it's disgusting. They recommend mixing it into smoothies, but I don't like those. So I try mixing it in teas...it's still gross, but more tolerable. Overall I'd recommend it, but you'll have to get past the taste if you don't mix it into a smoothie or milkshake. Next time I'll probably opt for the pills!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
