With 80 different mini-game options, Mario Party 9 ensures long hours of gameplay to truly get the party started.One feature that separates this new installment of the game from others is that for the first time in this franchise, each of the levels ends with a boss battle. This is the chance for each of the players to fight the classic bosses like Bowser and King Boo. Although there is a team component to these battles, the competition to get the highest score is still in the game for fans of the earlier versions. Players will also be battling for points on a variety of different levels like Toad Road and many other familiar territories from the Mario franchise.
