Aquatic Life Saver
The ammonia levels in my city tap water was to high to support aquatic life and after three weeks of trying many different chemicals and filters, I read online about Seachem Prime Water Conditioner, I bought a bottle of it from eBay and three days after adding it to my aquarium I put fish in the aquarium and they are still alive and having fun just over a week after coming to their new home! Before I used this product my fish would only last a few hours to half a day at the most. All of the chemical levels in my aquarium are in the safe ranges exactly where they are supposed to be! Was NOT as advertised
I was led to believe that I was buying Two (2) 500ML bottles of this product and by the writing on the bottles it states "Provides Slime Coat" which it does Not which means this is OLD product. Also I bought it so that I could place One 500ml bottle in my front yard with my 300 gallon KOI Tank and the other 500ml bottle in my back yard with my 100 gallon Oranda tank. What I received instead was ONE large 33oz. bottle which now has to be carried back and forth between the two halves of my property.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

First thing you want to use.
If you got the live fish thru online or local LFS, the fish must be stressed out during the trip to your home. And this product is the first thing you want to use on the fish. Acclimation suppose to take time, yet you want to get rid of the water contaminated by fish itself. Prime will solve that issue. Just add few drops of it in the bag which you carry the fish. Great produce and reasonable!
I love Prime, and it's all I use as a conditioner when I do water changes. It's been rated the best, and it costs less because you use less of it. I have three tanks, 10, 20 and 55 gallon, and a 500ml bottle lasts me fora few months! You only use a couple of drops per gallon when replacing water. It's very economical, and it does the job! Great product for all aquariums (Fresh Water, not sure if you can use it for Marine tanks).
Prime is excellent for my aquariums. I use it to condition water, give me a quick extension between water changes when ammonia shows early while getting tanks cycled, etc. It is superconcentrated in this bottle, so a little goes a long way, thus it is an excellent value. You do have to get past the smell when you open the bottle, but that is a minor thing relative to the good it does in stabilizing water, neutralizing ammonia, and easing stressed fish after a major water change.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
