This product is the best I have every taken for a natural relief from depression. Please take this product at night it will cause drowsiness. I feel great during the day and do not get irritated as much and less aggravated. As stated on the bottle clarity positive and uplifting yes it does all 3 and more for me with no stomach upset like the prescribed anti depression medications.
