Great Sound Quality
A definite improvement on the old cordless phone I had, more features, easier to use, MUCH better sound quality ( the previous cordless picked up every piece of static in the universe ), easy to set up, however it is so lean light and thin, it is a real problem trying to cradle it between my face and shoulder while I am cooking, or doing anything else ( smile ).

volume and opening
The absurdly too small opening has to be put precisely by your ear opening, otherwise you lose the volume. AND, to add to that, the volume control isn't able to go very high. Stay away from this product
