Works out of the box, just follow the instructions to program
Can only say that I took this out of the box, programmed it to my Overhead Door, and it is working no problem. Programming it is extremely easy, just follow the included directions. Handy replacement
It's annoying to have a garage door opener with no remote! We are renters and original remotes are missing. Be sure the opener model is compatible with the replacement remote, specifically the Receiver Model #. Mine was ACSR10. Programming instructions can be found online.
