Cheap plastic already broken🤬
This product works well and was happy to get. The plastic though is really cheap and where the machine swivels at base a piece of plastic has already broken off. Now it's really loose on the swivel & harder to control. Very disappointed because it was pricey. That's what I get for buying refurbished on line

I am very, very pleased
After use, my skepticism has been alleviated. This is a well-designed, well built, and very functional vacuum cleaner. It cleans well generally and it cleans up the dog hair (we have a black lab). The small size of the dust compartment is a slight inconvenience, but one I can live with. Our NV800 was refurbished by Shark. Other than coming in a generic box and having a shorter warranty, one cannot tell. I bought an additional warranty at a low price to deal with the short warranty on refurbished machines. what a great vacuum!!!
Best vac I have ever owned. Got the model that came with all the attachments, i.e. powered pet brush, under appliance wand ect. I used my other vac on my hardwood floors, then tried the duo-clean right after. with the led lights I could see the dust that was still stuck to the floor. Because of the velour roller on the front of this duo-clean it not only got every spec, but seemed to actually buff the floor. I cant tell you how happy I am with this unit. I even had one sent to my son for a house warming gift. (he has 2 cats and a dog) His wife also loved it. Bought this here on e-bay. There are others selling the same one but at a higher price w/o all the attachments If your going to buy one, check out Discount jungle out of L.A. Shark Vacuum (GREAT)
This Shark deep cleans rugs and works great on wood floors... Seen it on tv and had to try it out for myself. Glad I did... A little smaller, but that helps get into places that before I had to move... We have cats and this machine does the best at getting all the hair, etc... I am so happy with this purchase. My favorite feature so far is the lift away aspect....turning an upright into a canister vacuum cleaner, allowing me to get under any bed or dresser.
