I used the first set and my teeth felt much cleaner, maybe not whiter as it takes time but they stay on GREAT, even a little too great. They don't slide or slip. They can be hard to take off at times but I will be ordering another box here shortly. I use mine one every 24 hours as it works well for me that way. Great product honestly! I use 1 every night for 30 minutes , and you can definitely see the difference after about a week straight or so, and it works good but it’s uneven whitening? As like white spots on my teeth but I guess it’s ok. It’s still 5 stars just because it worked really well! But as everyone teeth and gums are different I had to stop using these whitening strips because my gums started to hurt really bad as I had the strips applied to my teeth.
