Good Little Phone
It is small compared with other handsets, but it has switches for pulse/tone, ringer on/off, and listening volume. It also has a redial button, and a flash button to switch to another caller. Sound is good. Projection to the other caller is good too - my Mom is 90, hard of hearing, and can hear me if I use this phone to call her. (Yes, she needs a better phone at her end.) I notice some static when the volume switch is moved from one setting to another. Time will tell if that wiring circuit fails.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

A very cheaply made phone.
Connection cord is much too short, can't put where I had the original. Coil on receiver is way too short and can't be replaced with a longer one and the whole base lifts up when you answer the phone. Can't lower the phone ringer, it's just on or off.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
