Highly under rated watts! Mine tested at 968watts RMS. This thing will walk all over any other amp at this price point, and I'm not just saying that because I have one. I've been into car audio for around 20 years and have seen/heard a lot of good quality systems including some of my own, and I'm not talking about that no name garbage stuff either. If you're debating between this and anything else even close to the same price, go with what you know you can trust! Rockford !!! You will not be disappointed in any way!! Best buy on the market! ! First off the test sheet showed 890rms so the amp produces way more than advertised. I have the amp running a alpine type r and it slams waaay harder then any amp in its price range. Great little amp.
Have a 2004 Dodge quad cab Ram with two shallow mount RF Prime 10's under the back seat. Sound is amazing now. Had two Kicker Comp 10's with a 500w Kenwood amp and it was decent, but my Rockford Fosgate upgrade blows that setup away. The Name says it all. I’ve played these amps all my adult life. I’m 51 now. RF has never dissapointed. From the punch 1000 I had in the early 90’s to the 750 d class mono I jus got it’s awesome. 750-1 is on my motorcycle and people love it. I know that there are amps out there that are better amps. Many of them. But, for the money, the R750-1D meets its rated output, is 1 ohm stable, provides a small enough form factor to mount in my desired location alongside a matching 4 channel amp and look good.
