Phone was easy to install and ringer is loud enough to hear in the kitchen. Promo copy said it had "Hand set volume control" but all that does is turn the ringer volume off and on which isn't very useful. No instructions come with the phone. Best thing that I can say about it is that it's red, shiny and looks OK on my kitchen wall.
