Works great. Beats throwing the tire away.
Saves the tire. I'm on my second box of 6 now. I clean around the hole with a rotary wire brush on my cordless drill. I've used them on both car tires and scooter tires. I've removed the patched tire down later to replace it, and the patch is still holding strong.
