outt of order
Received mother board don't work. After power-on it produce error-code (one short beep, pause, three short beeps, pause, three more short beeps, and one short beep). Accordin to the ThinkPad Hardware Maintenance Manual (Table 4. Beep symptoms) it is a memory/system board issue. I use memory module from other Thinkpad T430S which work prefectly. So, I see that your board not work as described.
