Nice size, easy to install. But the flapper does not go back in place after dog goes through it and leaves a gap. No magnet on the end and/ir not enough weight to keep it in place. We are looking for a strip of metal to add weight to the flapper.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great product - worth the price!
Love the metal locking door - a whole lot easier to use than the old plastic one which was a pain to line up to lock it in. And the flap is so flexible! I ordered this because the hard plastic entry door on our old one had cracked/broke. We had to make some adjustments as the dimensions of this new one were just a fraction bigger than our previous door. But our dog did not hesitate to enter and exit. My DOG is thrilled
This dog door meets the needs of my dog, who is absolutely thrilled and that's the most important thing. However, there are two things you need to know: 1) the door isn't meant for foam-core doors. Because I installed it in a foam-core door (I found that out when I cut into the door), the screws weren't much good and I had to replace them with a different attachment system altogether. . That said, I would have switched out the screws regardless; 2) the ONLY metal part of the door is the slide panel and that is so flimsy I'm going to make a new one. But for the money, I wasn't expecting a high-end product. On the whole though, I'm satisfied and like I said, my DOG is thrilled.

Good door for the price!
This is a nice doggy door. Installed easily. There should be a seal where the 2 seams come together in the middle of the door. Weather will destroy the exterior door (not the doggy door) if you don't seal up the seam. I used white duct tape around the inside.
