Affordable and lightweight with great features
I just got them about 2 weeks ago. The keyboard is the same as the previous keyboard (Brydge) and is much lighter than the previous one. The only downside is the brightness button that doesn’t include on the keyboard. So far it is pretty good but not sure if it willl last longer than the old one due to plastic cover with my iPad mini. BE CAREFULL
In love with this little keyboard, it was a little bulky but worth to have for my ipad mini 4, and its incredible and more usefull than a keyboard, it was a perfect stand for my ipad when i was in bed. The last days, the estructure and pivot became weak just by having a normal use, today the hinge just snapped like a cheap piece of plastic, now its almost unusable. Im dissapointed as i expected it to last longer than a few months. Could not recommend this if you want to use it every day opening and closing it so many times a day. Could not recommend this as it is not sturdy and designed to last longer than a few months, do not buy it !!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great keyboard!!
I love the keyboard i carry it in a well padded bag so the thinner top isn’t a problem for me. I bought 3. One for my daughter and 2 for myself. I use it n low light conditions most of the time and find the different colors a benefit in different light situations. It’s light weight is nice too. A light touch is all that is needed and when one battery runs down I have the 2nd one too use while the first one charges again. It’s a handy thing to have as my hands don’t work a small iPhone easily. With the keyboard I’m able to type with no problems and am very impressed with it. I would recommend it to anyone especially to those who work in low light conditions or have trouble with arthritis or other problems with their hands.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Zagg slimbook cover and keyboard.
This is a really good piece of kit, makes it easier to use the Ipad mini4, great for typing emails. The only gripe I have is with the quality of the plastic used in the back shell, it is too hard and as a result is brittle where the cut outs occur around the buttons and speakers. The first one cracked around the speakers and power inlet, then outer end cracked apart at the volume buttons, then the bottom hinge clamp where the back shell slots in the keyboard bracket cracked and eventually wouldn't hold the ipad in place , but I guess that was my fault maybe I opened it too far and made the plastic clamp crack, the magnetic clamp eventually broke away from the hinge. The Bluetooth keyboard still works fine. I liked the slim book it so much I bought another one, and used sika flex to glue a piece of 8mm x 8mm aluminium right angle along the outside of the clamp to reinforce the plastic, and am more careful opening it fully now days. The new back shell cracked at the top right edge, but super glue will fix that, I just fitted the old one in the reinforced clamp. The keyboard is good to use and has numerous functions especially when using as a book reader. The reversible clamp is also good to use the iPad as it was originally meant to be used, just reverse the ipad in the clamp - and its back to a tablet. The battery life of the keyboard is brilliant, about 2-3 months between charge. I would recommend this to anyone with any ipad model as a good thing, but treat carefully as the plastic of the back shell is brittle. I also use a little of blue tac to hold the SIM slot key to the inside of the shell back, so I wont loose it. This is a great product and designed very solid. Very easy to use with no problem. Some reviewers mentioned about the hinges getting cracked. I dont see that happening unless you are rough on openning and closing the ipad. Anything can break right away if your careless. Take good care of your ipad accessories and handle them gently. Really Good if you treat it gently
Be careful around the charge cord plug in area (shown in pic below), it isn’ aproblem if you are careful when plugging it in. I wasn’t careful and I cracked it, but it still works OK. The keyboard so far is working great and I like it. So, overall it is a very good product if you don’t abuse it. I purchased another one for my iPad mini 5th generation.

Somewhat disappointing

They made these thing bad poorly yuk
The plastic just cracks on its own, you don't even have to drop it or use it or even touch it and it willbe cracking slowly until suddenly a corner or 2 fall off. Its a cool novelty with the backlit keys but not for more than 25USD. JjVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
