The Kicker 07CVR124 is designed to handle the vibrations from both a moving vehicle and its own state as an active 12-inch automotive subwoofer. This is done through the use of a stitched Santoprene rubber surround material that ensures that the speaker maintains connection to the injection-molded polypropylene cone to avoid negatively impacting the audio quality. The polypropylene cone in this Kicker car speaker is further capable of handling the impact of vibrations to ensure that the speaker provides quality audio for an extended period of time. Each of the twin voice coils of the Kicker car speaker operate at 4 Ohms of impedance. While the Kicker 07CVR124 has a peak of 800 watts, but the normal operating levels are around 400 watts RMS. The frequency response range for this 12-inch automotive subwoofer is between 25 Hz and 500 Hz, allowing it to provide dedicated support for rich bass reproduction. The Kicker car speaker requires a top mounting depth of 6.25 inches for installation.
