Great little headset to use with Skype
I use this mainly with Skype for Business - the headset has good sound quality for both the speakers and the microphone. I can walk around my house except for the basement so its definitely got a good range. Note that you cannot pickup or disconnect skype calls with this headset - and the miute button on the headset is not reflected in the Skype microphone status. It works ... sort of
So, there are upsides and down sides. First, it is easy to install and easyto sinc with computer. And for the price, what do you expect. The sound quality is good, and the battery lasts most of the day for normal use. Now, the down sides. The BIG downside is that once you put in the USB dongle thingee, it REPLACES all of your speaker options. In other words, you cannot switch from regular speakers to headphones and back without removing the USB, then replacing the USB, then resynicng the headphones. If you are like me, that is a recipe for misplacing the USB on desk. Second, it feels cheap. Third, for about ten bucks more, you can get it not only wireless, but also with bluetooth. Which I think would eliminate my biggest complaint. One died after a couple of days (would not charge). But since I ordered two, that gave me a second USB thingee to lose. So, for the price, it is ok. But do yourself a favor. Get the H800. MUCH better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Barely Worth It
First of all since it is Bluetooth the signal cuts out all the time. Secondly, it doesn't properly cooperate with Windows 10. The computer can't determine if it should be playing audio in the headphones or the external speakers. Next wireless headphone purchase will be RF only. Really not worth the effort to plug the headphones in and deal with all the problems. Although I haven't had any problems, yet, with the construction, these headphones are made of plastic that over time will easily break right where the headphones extend to make them larger. Does most of what I expected
My only problem is that, following the instructions, I have not been able to get the bluetooth to work on 2 devices. But it works fine using the USB transmitter. Nice Hands Free communications as long as you do not wonder out of it's range.
I have been using this Product for approx. 8 years. I am very pleased with the quality, it lasted almost a complete 8 years but the Battery is weak (ex: short life span, long recharge time but keep in mind, this is after 8 years of almost constant use). For the money it's pretty good
As long as you stay in range and in line of sight the audio is very acceptable. The only troublesome thing for me is the microphone lag. I can hear myself talk but that small delay is kind of annoying. I am no PC expert so maybe there are settings to tweak to limit that lag but I cannot seem to overcome this. So much better than wired
I am in love with my Logitech wireless headset! I do a lot of stuff from my home computer ranging from talking with clients to binge watching my shows and these have made all of my tasks and pleasures much more enjoyable. The microphone is adjustable and the arm is even bendable. The volume and mute buttons are on the side of the headset which makes for easy controls when you step away from your pc. The range is just what I expected and as described. And best of all you just plug and play! If I could change just one thing it would be a longer battery life however there are days that it lasts over 9 hours of work time and when they do die the charge time is not that bad at all. I had one bad one but Best Buy swapped it out at the local store with no hassle. My only complaint is short battery life and limited range. Worth the buy
I was looking at reviews before it came in the mail and they were all bad but when it came it was "well packaged" and was pretty hard to setup to my computer but in the end it was worht it they work great nothing wrong with it great sound but really flimsy.
