It is very difficult to use this with a cpap if you use a nasal pillow (on mine, the hose comes over the front of my face and up around my head. It's possible to circomvent this, by wrapping the Blue around your head first, then fitting the cpap apparatus over that. A few times it has given very incorrect info, so I'm not sure how accurate it is. I do wonder how long the "holding" tab will work before it becomes over-used.
