Great sling for the money, but wrench is junk quality
Sling is great for the money, but the spanner wrench is junk quality. The wrench bent and then broke without much pressure, so I had to go borrow one from somebody. Once I got it all apart and back together, the sling is awesome.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

need better wrench
The sling itself is great , just the wrench broke as soon as I put pressure on it to remove Nut. I have done this sling before but without better Instructions the average person would have hell trying to install sling witout better instructions. The above rating is for Wrench and Instructions!! Works great
I was apprehensive after reading a couple reviews.. Decided what the heck. Actually the spanner wrench worked fine. I don't see why it was thought of as junk.. I mean hell it didn't have snap-on written on it but it did what it was intended to do. The adapter was easy. Simply screw it back turn the stock off take original off and put this one on. Then put it back together..I don't know how much simpler it could have been. The sling is not bad either.. I'm using Magpul right now but it's there when I need it. I have plenty of adjustment to it. I'm 5'10 185 It will work just fine when I decide to use it. I looked at other Castle nut wrench sets and for 2.00 more I got the sling.. Nothing else I've got other rifles could probably use it.. I recommend this set to anyone who needs to change out their castle nut. The wrench works just fine.. Like anything else you don't torque the hell out of it.. adjustable sling with amidexterous adapter
it takes about 30 minutes to put the sling adapter on, but it fit on my diamondback ar-15 just fine. It works great for leftys. the wrench worked out good to. its not the best sling but its great for the price. Loving it
Everything is as described. Wrench easy to use. I thought at the front of the stock there was a stopper pin but it was actually spring loaded thank goodness the floor wasn't carpet. Better than expected
I was reluctant to select this sling due to the low price thinking that the quality would be the same, but I'm really impressed. For me (5'8") it fits well at almost the shortest adjustment. Certainly it will works for almost anyone. The quick release makes it easy to remove, if you need to in a hurry. Installation was simple following the video.
