Worth the money
I only used one cheap heat gun from HF which worked for few years/few jobs. Then it got fried on me in a rather unsafe way. When I needed to buy replacement I knew I needed something reliable. DeWalt isn't perfect as a company but they sure do have lots of good tools. Getting' this kit and for this price was a win/win. The case and attachements make it very good starting point for any job., The tool itself speaks quality and you really feel it. I only used it twice and really love it. Fragile cone connection
I own several Dewalt products and like the build quality of them all. However, the "teats" on the cone that ensure a connection to the gun are fragile. I broke mine as I was inspecting the gun for the 1st time. Take care when removing/replacing the cone. A new design here is definately needed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
