Natural alternative to Colace - works great!
Actually this product works even better than Col... I'm on a budget but figured even at 3 - 4 per day (as opposed to 2 - 100mg Colace per day), it's so affordable! Even better than Col... because my bloating & stomach distress episodes have gone way down! And I look 5lbs. thinner! Not bad for a sedentary person. Still need extra help about once a week, but these are great and - no side bad effects! No nausea as with Col. Very happy with purchase! EXCEPT - there are two versions of this, the other comes in a rectangular-cube shape container & says, Himalyan Wellness Pure Herbs. Same company and brand (not same seller). There is a noticeable difference in color & shape of tablets, and intensity of taste, and a question in my mind of its efficacy, which seemed stronger in the "Himalayan Wellness..." version than in this one. I'm still taking this but will probably purchase the other version (again) when ready. PLEASE NOTE: I was fully aware of the "Sell by" or "best buy" date from the product description, so I'm not blaming the product, the seller, nor am I giving it 4 stars.
