Good replacement!
even though it says OEM, it is not of the same Quality or functionality as my original adapter that came with the laptop. These die every year or so, and the original lasted 2 years. It works but...
The plug does work and my pc is up and going however it doesn't charge the battery. I haven't investigated further to see if the battery has gone bad but I do know that before I got a new cord the previous cord was charging the battery just fine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Doesn't Fit
The power adapter looks the same but when you try to plug it into the computer the male end on the adapter is smaller than the female end on the computer so it does not fit correctly. The power adapters look the same but the end that fits into the computer is different for the old and new adapters and it does not fit into the computer. As good as the original
This charger is just like the one I originally received with my laptop when I bought it. Other replacements I've bought have broken - hopefully this one lasts. One big issue I had with non-OEM chargers in the past was that it would cause electrical grounding issues, resulting in my cursor jumping around when I was using the touchpad while charging. Probably a good quality but not usable by me.
I could not use this charge adapter as the end that plugs into my computer was the incorrect size although it was sold to me as the correct adapter for my Asus computer. I tried to return it and they made it so difficult that I just cancelled the return. I still have it but cannot use it. The plug should have been 5.5 mm 2.5 mm instead of 4.0 mm 1.35 mm. ASUS Laptop UX302L Charger
This charger is identical to the one that came with my laptop. There are many similar models but they do not work with this laptop. The plug into the laptop is red when charging and green when fully charged. Some later models are light blue for both conditions.
