Works well on my 2 ton engine hoist
I bolted the eye to my 2 ton engine hoist and lengthed the slot some for steep angles. Works well! I bolt through the engine lift chain to keep it from sliding through the hook. It was not designed to swivel under a load so once it is positioned it will stay put. No engine rotating
