Good product in conjunction with others
It is what I expected. The GABA along with Theanine and 5-HTP helps with stress relief and improves sleep for me. In looking at the ingredients for commercial products, these were usually listed. It was a better value to purchase the items comprising the commercial products as singular items and take in the appropriate dosage. It works for me. Relaxing sleep
A product that is new to me. So far after taking the GABA at bedtime I have had a more relaxing sleep and if I wake up for the bathroom visit I go back to sleep.
