Simple, inexpensive and effective.
For whatever reason, these mosquito-repelling coils are not well known in the USA. But everywhere in Asia (and perhaps elsewhere in the world) they are commonplace, for one simple reason--they keep mosquitoes away! In places where mosquitoes carry life-threatening illnesses, having these coils around is critical to maintaining health. I live in Florida, and though I don't worry too much about the West Nile or Xica viruses, I spend a fair amount of time in the garage, and burning a couple of these keeps those pesky bugs off my skin for hours. For those people on the fence, I recommend that you spend a few dollars on ONE package of them and see for yourself how effectively they repel mosquitoes. You will not regret it. For those who like to investigate products before they make a purchase, there is an informative article on Wikipedia telling you how and when they were invented. Not What I thought-- or even close ---
Ok its a cheap Chinese wanna bee--or so I thought!!! I was surprised!!Quality is excellent! Smells like a mosquito repellent ,not like a mother in laws perfume!! Easy to work with ..wide ,, strong like American ,made product! Will I buy this -again? YES!! Actually works very well product is as advertised! However--, there is a trick to the coils open the plastic packaging,,, lift a coil out. There are 2 coils ,coiled--together!! Simply push on the very center while holding both of the 2 coils in the other hand with your fingers wide apart,-- they will separate! Takes a little practice see back of box,,,its fun to do!!
