Sena good product but when buying use make sure to get the tools to install unit such as Allen wrench and operating Manual. It makes things a lot easier. But overall my experience is good . Dont be fooled by it being used. Its nearly new. Speakers are a little tinny at max volume. Just look the the manual online, and you've got everything for it. Install is up to you and your helmet. May need to charge up the unit before install, or be tethered to a wall plug while pairing to your phone. Sound is awful...
