Higher concentration really works, but very drying and scent lingers
The higher concentration has definitely helped with my seb derm more than the local version, although it hasn't yet cleared it completely (2 weeks of use). It is very drying - I have long highlighted hair and no amount of conditioner has seems to get it moisturized enough while using this. It also leaves a faint sulphur scent.
