Titratable dose and good combination for sleep.
I like it for two reasons: 1. It supplies a much lower dose of valerian (100 mg per capsule I think??). This is good for me because the high dose capsules can really kick my butt...so lower dose allows me to titrate up to an ideal dose for me. 2.
