Subaru Aluminum Pedal Kit
I like it because it won't wear out; it's actually less slippery than the original all-rubber pedals. The clutch and brake pedal covers slip over the metal pedals, and this takes some finger strength. The gas pedal assembly has to be removed from the car in order to remove the single roll pin that holds the old gas pedal on. Replace with new pedal, and drive in the old roll pin. Make sure you take a good look at the back of the old pedal before removing, as the new pedal goes on the same way. This all sounds a bit more complicated than it actually is. A few good pictures on an instruction sheet would show most folks, at a glance, how to do it. So, if you can get the simple tools required, and if you can assemble/disassemble simple assemblies, then go for it. Very worthwhile upgrade, if a little expensive. I'd advise to first spend the money on fixing up your Subaru so that it runs and works perfectly, though.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
