Only works for lighter hair
If you have brown hair, you won’t notice much of a difference unless you use two- three boxes perhaps. It doesn’t damage your hair at least, that is unless it’s already damaged but then one shouldn’t be lightening anyway. Didn’t cover gray
I’m so disappointed , as Schwarzkopf discontinued the 9.5 caramel blonde which covered my gray well and was an awesome blonde color. The new color doesn’t cover gray and it doesn’t cover as well as the 9.5!
