Not for sissies!
Great product as are all Honest Amish products. Huge bar. I usually break them in half and each half last over two weeks with daily use for beard, hair, and body. Extra grit is right! Ouch! Like washing with a nice smelling brick. It will definitely get the dirt off, and may take some skin with it. Great smell, and leaves you feeling like a newborn babe.
