Not a creamer, but great for cooking and baking
I have enjoyed a plant-based diet for over 6 years now, so I know my way around coffee, cooking and baking with plants. ;) The package suggests it's a great creamer, but it's really not. The chemistry is just not there for coconuts...the high fat content will just lend you an oil spill in your mug. That said, a good protein to fat ratio is needed, so stick to bean milk (Silk Very Vanilla Soymilk) or products like "Coffee Mate Almond Milk" (they added pea protein to balance the almond milk). Making a coconut curry or coconut cake? This product is for you!

I had neve heard of this product until a ran across a recipe for Hot Chocolate using the coconut milk powder. I tried it and is is fabulous. Love the tase and texture. It does clump so I had to use a sifter but other than that I would highly recommend it.
