Does what it should...
I bought this tool to calibrate a MAP sensor for the aftermarket ECU fitted to my car. Being able to generate both vacuum and pressure, the Mityvac was able to accurately calibrate the sensor from idle vacuum up to 20psi of boost. The tool is well made and feels solid in the hand. There are a full range of adapters and fittings included in the kit which make it easy to use right out of the box. Great Buy For The Money
I bought this to bleed motorcycle brakes. But after looking at the assorted adaptors included, I see many more uses ahead. The vac pump itself is a good quality metal body product. I had no issues getting enough vacuum to bleed my brakes. The only reason I didn't give the unit 5 stars is the adaptor that connects to the bleed valve could be a little better quality in my opinion. The better choice
