It really does help with pain discomfort
I have arthritis and bone on bone on the inside of my right knee. I has been aching (change of weather here, now wet and cold, Pacific Northwest). I play competitive tennis at USTA 4.5 level and do well since I read and anticipate shots so I can run before the ball gets to our side of the court... But you can't do that when you are walking around, I limp and waddle some because my knee aches. This product seems to help with that, and I don't experience as much of a discomfort. I also use their tennis elbow product Band-it. Both products are easy to clean Just make sure you don't make it too tight that it cuts off your circulation. Only tight enough to keep it in place. Actually Works
Got the KneedIt brace after having worn the BandIT for my elbow pain. The BandIt worked & so did the KneedIt. It does slip down off the knee a bit when doing a lot up and down on the knees at work but i've never had a knee brace that didn't slip a little bit. But it's so small and easy to put on and works just as well as any large, cumbersome expensive brace i've had. and the hard plastic doubles as a knee pad when kneeling at work. Slits for straps
Slits in the foam cushions are cut too close to the edge of the cushions, and after only a few uses they were already starting to tear through, so I had to reinforce them with duct tape. Hands down the best knee support I have tried! You have to be careful with bigger knee braces because you can lose muscle tone in your leg depending on how often you wear it. With this support, it braces from the bottom and allows your quad muscles to keep working.
