Don't waste your time or money - it isn't reliable
I charged the device until it indicated it was fully charged. I plugged my Samsung Galaxy S8 into the device and it began charging and gave an ETA to fully charge. I checked status about 30 minutes later and it was no longer charging even though the connections were solid. I unplugged my phone and plugged it back in and it resumed charging. I checked again 5 minutes later and it wasn't charging anymore. If I cannot rely on the product to do what it says it will do, it is a waste of time and money.
