Not the Same
The reason I purchased this item was to permanently connect the maintainer to my motorcycle battery so I could quickly plug it in when not using my bike on a regular basis. I purchased this same item a couple of years back and it came with SEPARATE alligator and flat connectors that were interchangeable with the connector from the electrical plug end. So if I wanted to use the alligator clips to charge my car battery, I could just plug it into the connector from the plug-in. When I received the item this time, it only came with ONE connector on the battery side, and required unscrewing the flat end connectors from the alligator clips.
