I am in the process of converting my Diamondback Overdrive into a fitness/commuter. This mod completes the BIG three for me...Seat, Grips and tires. I installed the grips before the "Big Apple tires", and I noticed a remarkable difference in comfort. Much better feel and not at all bulky. This mod coupled with the tires and saddle upgrades has made such a difference in my workouts. I thought it was a corny upgrade at first, but it is well worth the investment in my opinion.
