Just follow the instructions and roll the flasks up in your clothes. Instructions say to squeeze out all of the air. This is harder than it sounds. Every time I'd end up with a bubble about the size of a BB or two. Those are Ok. Wasted a few caps redoing the seal trying to get that last bubble out.
