Easy way to get B12
This B12 is so easy to use. Once a day fill up the syringe and place it under your tongue for 30 seconds!! That's it. I noticed that by the time you keep the liquid under your tongue for 30 seconds it is pretty much gone by the time you need to swallow it. I have noticed it is somewhat tasteless and leaves no after taste. I like this method so much better then in a pill form. I do find it gives me more energy.
