To be honest, I'm not absolutely sure. I think the chewable/sublingual is probably absorbed better. I am taking it in conjunction with theanine, in order to fell less anxiety regarding a move out of state, buying new property,etc. I think it is helpful, my anxiety attacks are not as severe as they were. I also rest, and eat a plant based diet without salt/ sugar, no processed foods, to better manage anxiety, also exercise.
