Red mineral algae
I have been taking Red Mineral Algae for a year now 750mg with outstanding results. I had severe osteoporosis and last week my Dexa scan showed a normal bone scan of a much younger person. This form of calcium works much better than the average because it is predigested by the algae, making it much more available for humans, and without the side effects of the more common name brands on the market. No doubt that is because the body is made to use vegetable sources of calcium over ground up rock.
