Well the Natrol Melatonin Time Release worked pretty good the first two nights. That was it. After that I still couldn't fall asleep, which is my worst problem. Once I finally fall asleep at about 3:00 a.m. I stay asleep unless I have to get up to go to the bathroom, then it starts all over again. I really do not want to take prescription sleeping pills because the side effects scare me. But it looks like I might have to. I can't stand it anymore. Does not work for me
Wanted a downgrade from my mega-scary dose 5 mg Nature's Bounty melatonin capsules. Also wanted something that offered timed-release. Bought this after reading lots of positive reviews. Unfortunately this one does not work for me at all. Not sure if the problem is with the tablets or the company or neither and its just a case of this brand not working with my physiology. I tend to be an old anxiety nut who has trouble not only getting to sleep, but staying asleep long enough as well. This melatonin , being a time-release version, really does help me.
